Ristorante Da Biasio

The food was very tasty and fresh ingredients. I was with a group so the menu was set. There was no opting out or changing of items presented for one of our members that did not like mushrooms. This is the only reason for the 4 star rating on the food. Otherwise, the food itself was delicious. The view was beautiful and breathtaking. The service was attentive. The parking is like most parking in Italy: Tetris with vehicles in a small space. You can drive down to the restaurant or park up top; it's not a long walk down to the restaurant. I would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful diner at Da Biasio with the main components of each meal being top quality ingredients and overall beautifully platted. I would have given it 4.5 stars if it were an option given I am deducting 1 star because of the some the chef's choices of accoutrement on some of the plates and the service was overall very good but not spectacular. I highly recommend going to this restaurant especially if you are looking for quality food with a gorgeous view. Reservations are also highly recommended and as close to the view as possible.

Let’s start with a big fat BRAVO for the service! Everyone is so lovely, helpful with the amazing menu knowledge as well as the wine knowledge. More than a five star service! My mom an I were here yesterday for my birthday and started with some wine and cheese plate. We got offered a degustation of chefs soup and we were really happy with it. Since I am vegetarian mine was tomato based and my moms was fish and tomato based. Very very good. There were 10 types of cheese on the plate which were accompanied with 3 different sides, honey, sweet (I think caramelised) onion and orange. After that we had a vegan meal. Venero rise with vegetables served on a ginger and lemon salsa with grilled tofu. Everything was mouthwatering! So sooo delicious! We felt really full at the end and didn’t want any dessert but our amazing staff didn’t let us go without a little degustation size of their dessert, on the house! The location and the view is something worth mentioning, you will have an amazing view from the mountain while you dine here and a very relaxing classic music in the background. I will most definitely come back here and recommend it to everyone I know!
